At Europlast, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **mold-making operator.** **Requirements:** * Completed technical studies in maintenance mechanics or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of plastic injection molds and injection molding machines * Knowledge of electrical systems in molds and valve-gated injection systems * Familiarity with CNC machining centers * Availability to work rotating shifts * Electrical knowledge **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance and ensure proper functioning of mold components * Propose improvement ideas for mold operation * Report failures and/or anomalies identified in assigned machinery * Regularly clean assigned machinery and work area * Perform other duties within the scope of responsibility as assigned by the Mold Making Supervisor **Benefits:** * Salary above market rate * Ongoing training * Career path * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits: profit-sharing bonuses, Compensatory Time Savings (CTS), vacation days, etc. * Provision of all personal protective equipment (PPE) * Statutory life insurance * SCTR insurance (for high-risk work) * Monthly transportation and meal allowances This recruitment is conducted under Law No. 29973, which promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
