Job Summary: We are seeking a motorized technician to perform monitoring, verification, and preventive maintenance of alarms in the telecommunications sector. Key Highlights: 1. We have established ourselves as a leading company in this industry, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Upon receiving a battery theft alarm, the motorized technician must immediately mobilize—without collecting keys—to verify the situation. * If external units or personnel unrelated to the operation are present, the motorized technician must not intervene; they should only verify, report, and contact local security (serenazgo) or sector police. * If external units or personnel unrelated to the operation are present, the motorized technician must not intervene; they should only verify, report, and contact local security (serenazgo) or sector police. * If some alarms are false and no suspicious movement is detected, the motorized technician may collect the keys and then inspect the alarms. * The motorized technician will carry a basic toolkit (multimeter or clamp meter, screwdrivers, electrical terminals, BBL accessories, door magnetic cable or sensor). * If no alarms occur during the shift, the motorized technician will perform preventive tasks—including reviewing legacy alarms—and visit a daily list of Sites, capturing site evidence and uploading visit reports to the client’s Autin system. **What We Are Looking For:** * Academic background: Completed secondary education and/or technical training in telecommunications/networks/electronics or related fields * Experience: Field experience (telecommunications, technical delivery, support, or similar); inspection or data collection experience (preferred) * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday — rotating rest days — 48 hours per week * Work availability: On-site in Ancash **What We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (profit-sharing bonuses, CTS, vacation, ESSALUD, and mandatory life insurance). * Training programs to enhance your skills. * Career development path. * Access to corporate agreements offering exclusive discounts.
