Job Summary: This position involves taking orders, serving food, providing continuous customer service, logistics, communication, cleaning, inventory management, and POS system operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and food service 2. Order management and effective communication 3. POS system operation and inventory control Customer Service and Product Sales. * **Order Taking:** Listen to customer preferences, answer questions about products, and accurately record orders. * **Food Service:** Deliver and serve beverages and meals from the bar or kitchen to the customer's table, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. * **Continuous Service:** Monitor the table during the customer's stay to replenish napkins, cutlery, or beverages, and ensure acceptable waiting times. * Logistics and Communication. * Cleaning and Closing Procedures. * Preparation of inventory records (kardex) according to assigned area. * Rotation of supplies (FIFO) * POS system operation * Product dating * Display case service * Others.
