We seek individuals with experience preparing café beverages, speed in service, and enthusiasm for customer service. **Main Responsibilities** · Prepare coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, infusions, frappés, juices, and other menu beverages. · Operate the espresso machine and preparation equipment correctly. \- Support other departments as required. · Maintain machinery and the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked. · Serve customers with kindness and courtesy. · Comply with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. · Monitor proper use of supplies to avoid waste. · Assist with product restocking and inventory management when required. · Collaborate as a team to ensure fast and efficient service. **Technical Knowledge** · Good Food Handling Practices (GFHP). · Food hygiene and safety. · Use of the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system. · Proper food storage and preservation. · Safe use of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment). · Basic knowledge of shrinkage control and inventory management. **Requirements** · Minimum 6 months of experience as a barista or beverage preparer in cafés, restaurants, or similar establishments. · Knowledge of preparing hot and cold beverages. · Proficiency in operating espresso machines. · Speed, organization, and ability to work under pressure. · Excellent service attitude and courteous customer interaction. · Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. · Availability to work rotating shifts. **We Offer** · Formal employment registration according to current labor regulations. · Timely payment. · Positive work environment. · Ongoing training. · Opportunity for career growth within the company.
