We are currently seeking top talent to join our team as a Multifunctional Collaborator, focusing on Customer Service, Cash Handling, and Product Restocking. If you are passionate about holistic health and wish to contribute to a healthier lifestyle, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** · Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive in-store experience · Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit/debit cards · Promote products and special offers, achieving sales targets and contributing to store growth · Maintain a clean and disinfected workspace, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations · Ensure product availability on shelves by restocking and organizing merchandise according to the planogram · Monitor product expiration dates, removing items no longer suitable for sale · Organize and store products safely and efficiently, guaranteeing proper shielding and sanitization · Prepare orders for home delivery, selecting products according to customer specifications · Control incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality of received merchandise · Record inventory and transactions in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy · Perform other related or complementary duties assigned by the store leader, supporting team success **Requirements:** · Completed secondary education · Minimum 1 year of experience as a Multifunctional Collaborator with focus on Customer Service, Cash Handling, and Product Restocking · Minimum 1 year of supermarket work experience (mandatory) · Proven ability to deliver excellent service and advisory support to customers · Availability for full-time work on rotating 8-hour shifts, Monday through Sunday · Willingness to relocate to different stores, as required or based on interest **Benefits:** · Formal employment registration from day one, including all legally mandated benefits · Discount at our stores · Birthday leave day · Educational agreement for you and your family · Positive work environment aligned with sustainability values · Career progression and professional development opportunities Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
