We are a growing dark kitchen and are looking for a Night Operations Supervisor who can lead and ensure that everything runs in an orderly, fast, and efficient manner. **1. Essential Requirements:** \-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurants, fast food, or dark kitchens \-Experience leading work teams \-Knowledge of delivery operations **2. Main Responsibilities:** \-Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch, guaranteeing a positive customer experience. \-Oversee compliance with internal policies and operational procedures across all areas during the shift. \-Resolve operational and interpersonal conflicts arising during the shift. \-Make quick and effective decisions in response to contingencies. \-Maintain consistent and clear communication with management. **3.
