Position Summary: A prominent food concessionaire is seeking a Nutrition Technician to join its hospital food service team, supporting food preparation, portioning, and distribution while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. NUTRITION TECHNICIAN – FOOD CONCESSIONAIRE **Location:** INCOR – Jesús María, Lima **Department:** Hospital food service Job Description A leading food concessionaire is seeking a Nutrition Technician to join our hospital food service team at the INCOR facility located in Jesús María. Requirements * Graduate or certified in Nutrition and Dietetics. * Studies completed at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Institute. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in related positions. * Minimum of 80 hours of training in Food Handling, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, Biosecurity, or other related courses. * Availability for on-site work in Jesús María. * Availability to work under a 1x1 shift system. Work Schedule * Shift system: 1 day on duty followed by 1 day off. * Regular working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Initial induction period: 5 days, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation and conditioning. * Perform food portioning, distribution, and serving. * Assist in proper product control and storage. * Adhere to established cleaning and organization procedures. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food handling, and food biosecurity standards. * Carry out other duties related to the position.
