




Position Summary: Coordinate and ensure the efficient execution of open training processes, guaranteeing the timely development of academic programs in various modalities. Communication and participant support during training On behalf of the **Institute for Quality**, we are seeking 1 **Open Training Programs Assistant** who meets the following profile: **Position Mission:** Coordinate and ensure the efficient execution of the Institute’s open training services, guaranteeing the timely development of diplomas, programs, courses, and other academic products in both in-person and remote modalities. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, implement, and organize open-call diplomas, programs, and courses (continuing education activities), from planning and execution through to closure, certification, and graduation, where applicable. * Manage logistical and operational aspects required for the proper delivery of programs, including classroom allocation, materials, coffee breaks, instructor recruitment and payment, among others. * Facilitate and maintain communication between participants and academic and administrative departments, providing support throughout the delivery of training services. * Conduct ongoing monitoring of training product implementation to ensure optimal performance in academic, operational, logistical, and participant satisfaction aspects. * Address and resolve participant inquiries, requests, incidents, and complaints promptly during training product delivery and closure. * Ensure adherence to quality standards in participant service and in administrative support processes related to training services. * Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the information and documentation required for the appropriate execution, control, and closure of continuing education activities. * Perform other related or complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of responsibility. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, or related fields. * One (1) year of experience in continuing education. * One (1) year of experience in the education sector.
