MISSION Carry out reception, storage, shipping, cleaning, and maintenance operations within the Mineral System under high standards of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality, delivering excellent service that satisfies our customers’ needs while complying with applicable legal requirements. FUNCTIONS Comply with mineral reception, storage, and shipping procedures within SM warehouses according to operational scheduling, ensuring achievement of objectives. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the Mineral System and areas assigned by the Controller. Comply with current legal regulations and standards required by regulatory bodies. Report to the Controller any incident and/or deviation affecting operational continuity during reception, storage, and/or shipping. Use assigned consumables and supplies appropriately for each operation. Comply with established Standards, Procedures, Instructions, and PETS. Apply and promote continuous improvement within the Mineral System by providing improvement suggestions. Use assigned work tools appropriately. Actively participate in scheduled trainings. Use general and/or specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Inspect mooring and unmooring ropes to ensure proper condition and prevent breakage. Receive and deliver ship’s lines and mooring ropes, and secure them properly to bitts at the TPM marginal pier. Execute mooring and unmooring maneuvers and rope handling in accordance with Safety and Operations Procedures, maintaining optimal operational condition and cleanliness, and promptly reporting any anomalies or failures to the Traffic Manager via the Pier Supervisor.
