Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and transform operational information, contributing to decision-making and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Automates processes and reports using advanced Excel and VBA. **Netred EIRL.** is a company specialized in providing telecommunications services for **WIN Perú**, dedicated to executing installations, handling service outages, performing maintenance, and delivering technical support at the operational level. We are currently seeking an **Operational Data Analyst (Advanced Excel)**, responsible for managing, analyzing, and transforming operational information into reports and indicators that support decision-making and continuous improvement of our processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Consolidate, analyze, and administer large volumes of operational information. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports. * Design and update management dashboards and indicators (KPIs). * Automate processes and reports using advanced Excel and macros (VBA). * Analyze the performance of technicians, supervisors, and work crews. * Prepare productivity reports, goal achievement reports, and service level agreement (SLA) reports. * Identify deviations, improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions. * Track and control work orders. * Coordinate with supervisors, technical staff, and internal departments to ensure timely information updates. * Provide administrative support in preparing reports, documents, and internal controls. * Maintain up-to-date operational databases to ensure information reliability. * Respond to inquiries, conduct telephone coordination, and follow up on internal and external requests. * Support Management and the Operations Department in analyzing and presenting strategic information. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Computing and Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar positions. * Experience in data analysis, indicator development, and information control. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (**mandatory**). * Experience automating processes using macros (VBA). * Proficiency in PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced Excel functions. * Familiarity with Power BI is desirable. * Prior experience in telecommunications, logistics, distribution, or field service companies is desirable. **Essential Skills** * Advanced Excel. * Macros (VBA). * PivotTables. * Power Query. * Dashboards. * Advanced functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, SUMIFS, FILTER, LET, among others). * Data analysis. * Indicator (KPI) development. * Database management and control. * Microsoft Office.
