Focus on commercial development and portfolio expansion We are ***RIKOTON CHICKEN***, a prominent rotisserie restaurant chain with over 20 years of experience specializing in grilled chicken and barbecue, currently seeking an **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in rotisseries and/or restaurants. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * University and/or technical studies in **Business Administration** or related fields. * **Strong, results-oriented leadership. (Mandatory)** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and other tools. * Knowledge of **ERP** systems. (Mandatory) * Experience in sales management and the commercial area. * Residency in San Juan de Lurigancho or adjacent areas. (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and execute the sales plan, and monitor its progress. * Achieve the monthly sales target. * Build customer loyalty and promote additional products from the portfolio. * Identify new opportunities with new customers, expand the client portfolio, and foster company growth. * Promptly address customer complaints and feedback. * Represent the company’s brands efficiently. * Develop the traditional channel by maintaining existing accounts and cultivating new prospects (distributors, wholesalers, etc.), executing scheduled visits along with respective reports. * Prepare the monthly Sales Plan, setting objectives and tracking progress toward targets. * Provide market and competitor behavior feedback. * Measure outcomes of strategic commercial and marketing initiatives. * Monitor and control the operational efficiency of the sales process. * Submit monthly sales reports and performance indicators. * Other requirements as directed by Management. **COMPETENCIES** * Problem-solving * Proactivity * Leadership * Team management * Service orientation **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including statutory benefits per (MYPE) regulations. * Extraordinary bonuses (Independence Day, Christmas, and seniority). * Market-competitive salary ***If you meet the requirements, do not hesitate to apply at 970 667 240\.
