Job Summary: We are seeking a NOC Operator to monitor networks, perform diagnostics, coordinate maintenance activities, and manage fault resolution in telecommunications environments. Job Opening – NOC Operator (Network Operations Center) **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor service networks and the various systems comprising them. * Execute monitoring, diagnostic, and escalation procedures for faults and incidents. * Maintain order and organization of Data Center infrastructure. * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for networks, systems, and infrastructure, verifying proper equipment replacement, backup execution, evidence documentation, and other necessary activities to ensure operational continuity. * Manage fault response and resolution with internal customers, external customers, and vendors, ensuring adherence to established timeframes. * Supervise performance indicators for voice, data, and infrastructure networks, promptly reporting any deviations. * Prepare technical reports and provide updates on incidents, maintenance activities, and service status. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in monitoring, classification, prioritization, and tracking of events, incidents, and problems in telecommunications networks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in monitoring and/or implementation of monitoring systems for fiber-optic networks. * Knowledge and experience in configuration and administration of MikroTik and Cisco equipment. * Familiarity with routing protocols, switching, IP networks, and monitoring tools is desirable. * Analytical ability, capacity to work under pressure, service orientation, and teamwork skills. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a specialized team in network operations. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Competitive compensation aligned with market standards and candidate experience. * Excellent working environment. **If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, apply by submitting your updated CV.** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
