OSH ENGINEER - RETAIL/OFFICE PROJECTS

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement and maintain the OSH Management System, manage key documentation, and supervise critical work activities in commercial (retail) and office projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and maintenance of the OSH Management System. 2. Manage critical documentation such as EMO, SCTR, and Life Law. 3. Supervise critical work activities and address client observations. Engineering and construction company specializing in commercial (retail) and office projects. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role within the retail sector, general services, maintenance, renovations, or corporate infrastructure. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783, HSE document management, document control for EMO, SCTR, Life Law, occupational safety training, and records. * Availability for a 48-hour weekly schedule (including weekends and holidays). **Responsibilities:** * Implement and maintain the OSH Management System. * Develop procedures and IPERC matrices. * Manage EMO, SCTR, Life Law, and related documentation. * Lead standardization/homologation processes. * Address client observations. * Supervise critical work activities. * Develop OSH performance indicators.
