We are looking for a PDR (Risk Prevention Specialist) \- GITO Retail Project At **DECHINI**, we are seeking a committed and rigorous **PDR (Risk Prevention Specialist)** to join the Construction Management and Technical Inspection (GITO) team for a major commercial expansion project (41,145 m²) at a renowned mall in Surquillo (Lima). If you have experience ensuring safety on high-demand construction projects and can adapt to the pace of an operational shopping center, we want to meet you! Mandatory Requirements * **Education:** Professional in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Environmental) or Technical Professional. *(Note: If applying as an Engineer, active professional registration is mandatory.)* * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years of general experience** and **3 years of specific experience** as a Risk Prevention Specialist in Retail (shopping centers) or high-occupancy operational buildings. * **Availability:** 100% on-site work at the construction site (supervision of demolitions, lifting operations, and high-risk activities), as the mall will remain fully operational. Key Responsibilities and Competencies * Strict supervision of occupational safety and health regulations during the expansion phases. * Preventive interference control and safe coordination with contractors to avoid disrupting users' shopping experience. * Excellent communication skills, crisis management capability, and assertive enforcement of safety protocols.
