Job Summary: Perform cargo receipts, dispatches, and inventory management in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and accurate shipment handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages cargo receipts, dispatches, and inventory in accordance with customs regulations. 2. Ensures proper preparation and distribution of shipments. 3. Handles logistics and customs systems. ROLE PURPOSE Perform cargo receipts, dispatches, and inventory management in the warehouse aligned with compliance to customs regulations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure correct preparation of shipments for importation. * Unload and receive packages into the warehouse according to the type of waybill. * Deliver and/or distribute packages with customs clearance authorization to customers at counter or ground level. * Submit exit permits, standard operation reports, and obtain signature authorizations from supervisors. * Conduct daily inventory of active/abandoned waybills and verify that waybills are properly registered in the department’s systems. * Update checkpoints and statuses in DHL systems (HMS and CAIA). * Move packages to Examination and Pre-clearance zones, as well as legally abandoned shipments, in accordance with current regulations. * Check SUNAT’s website for authorized clearances, control actions, and files with exit authorizations. * Review and monitor appropriate use of High-Value Seals. * Register merchandise exit from the warehouse in the Customs system. WHAT YOU BRING * Technical graduate in fields related to International Trade. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics companies or similar departments. * Basic knowledge of international trade and customs regulations. * Desirable: Customs Broker License. * Availability to work rotating shifts in Callao. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
