Position Summary: ACCIONA is seeking a pre-professional intern to provide support in the Organization and Human Talent area, collaborating in recruitment, selection, and personnel development processes. MISSION: Provide support in the Organization and Human Talent area to attract, identify, and select employees with the competencies and skills required by the organization. This includes supporting talent planning, internal mobility, and managing onboarding of new hires—including exit interviews. **Candidate Requirements** FUNCTIONS: * Assist in end-to-end recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Provide support in organizing and executing onboarding for new personnel. * Provide operational support in delivering training activities. * Provide operational support in personnel development activities: performance evaluations, career paths, exit surveys, etc. * Carry out other responsibilities assigned, inherent to the position. REQUIRED PROFILE: * Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * ERP knowledge oriented toward talent acquisition (desirable). * Proficiency in recruitment tools (Recruiter, Bumeran, etc.) (desirable). \- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) (desirable).
