We are seeking a Systems Engineering intern to design a custom ERP, supporting the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and technical requirements.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Systems Engineering intern to join our IT department and participate in a new technology project: the design and specification of a custom ERP.
We seek students in their final academic cycles who are interested in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, process documentation, and technological solution design. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to directly participate in project definition from its initial stage, working with end users and involved departments to transform their needs into functional and technical requirements.
What Will Be Your Challenge?
Support the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements needed to design a custom ERP, contributing to the development of a comprehensive technical specification document serving as the foundation for subsequent development and implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Gather information and requirements from users across different departments.
* Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
* Document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Participate in designing ERP workflows and processes.
* Support defining modules, functionalities, and business rules.
* Document user profiles, roles, and access levels.
* Create process, workflow, and/or use case diagrams.
* Support modeling and defining database structures.
* Document API and external service integration requirements.
* Support defining authentication and security requirements.
* Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Participate in requirement elicitation and validation meetings.
* Support functional testing of prototypes or developed modules.
* Maintain up-to-date technical and functional project documentation.
* Prepare and update the ERP technical specification.
* Provide support in other activities related to technology solution analysis and development.
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in the final cycles of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Interest in systems analysis and design.
* Ability to understand and document business processes.
* Availability to work 30 hours per week.
Desirable Knowledge:
Knowledge or interest in the following areas will be valued:
* Web application development.

* Requirements elicitation document.
* Process map.
* Functional and non-functional requirements.
* Profile and permission definitions.
* Service and assignment workflows.
* User stories and acceptance criteria.
* Conceptual and/or logical data model.
* API and integration documentation.
* Prototypes or wireframes, as applicable.
* Requirements traceability matrix.
* Comprehensive technical specification for the custom ERP.
Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month
