Job Summary: A professional in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) responsible for identifying hazards, assessing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a furniture manufacturing company. Promote a culture of prevention and self-care within the organization Sapelli Mobiliario is a Peruvian company with over 13 years of experience in the manufacturing and installation of contract furniture. Requirements: * Bachelor's or technical degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Knowledge of Peruvian OSH legislation, particularly Law No. 29783, the Occupational Safety and Health Law. Responsibilities: * Identify hazards and assess risks in work areas. * Prepare and update the IPERC matrix. * Conduct periodic safety inspections. * Supervise compliance with OSH regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Investigate accidents, incidents, and substandard acts or conditions. * Prepare safety reports and propose corrective measures. * Develop and implement occupational safety and health (OSH) training programs. * Prepare and update safety procedures, instructions, and standards. * Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response plans. * Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor compliance with legal requirements related to occupational safety and health (OSH). * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Participate in meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. * Promote a culture of prevention and self-care within the organization.
