Positive work environment We are looking for a Procurement and Distribution Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience managing procurement and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with standards, cost optimization, and operational support. **Requirements:** \-Bachelor's degree or undergraduate candidate in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / related fields \-Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in positions of responsibility within logistics and warehouse departments of project-executing companies \-Experience in procurement / warehouse management / SAP systems \-Knowledge of budgeting and cost control \-Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in management tools (ERP experience preferred) **Main Responsibilities:** \-Supervise third-party managed warehouse services and monitor adherence to established service levels \-Distribute goods to customers and projects, meeting committed delivery dates and project supply schedules \-Ensure timely supply of locally sourced materials for projects (pipes, PVC fittings, pumps, switchboards, tanks, and manifolds), strictly complying with specifications, costs, and deadlines \-Obtain quotations from local suppliers and negotiate to secure optimal terms regarding price, quality, payment conditions, and delivery time, all within the project budget \-Create Purchase Orders in SAP based on proformas and agreed terms with selected suppliers; track orders to ensure on-time delivery \-Coordinate with Treasury for supplier advance payments, where applicable \-Record all incoming and outgoing goods movements in SAP across all company warehouses, including project-specific warehouses \-Conduct closing inventory upon project completion and jointly issue a discrepancy report with the assigned Project Manager \-Continuously expand the database of local goods suppliers and transportation service providers, documenting evaluation criteria in the approved supplier list **We Offer:** Joining a solid company in the sector Professional development opportunities Corporate benefits and a positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,400.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Application Questions: * • Are you available to start immediately? * • Are you available to work in San Isidro? * • Do you agree with the gross monthly salary of S/. 3500?
