




Position Summary: Lead and optimize the manufacturing processes of metal structures, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the metal-mechanical sector 2. Advanced reading of structural and workshop drawings 3. Interpretation of welding standards (AWS D1.1, D1.3, D1.4) **General Purpose:** Lead and optimize the cutting, preparation, welding, assembly, galvanizing, and painting processes of metal structures, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize work shifts according to the project schedule. * Supervise preparation, assembly, welding, and painting lines for metal structures. * Verify compliance with geometric and dimensional tolerances. * Monitor the consumption of steel, consumables, and industrial gases. * Supervise the use of PPE and compliance with occupational safety standards, in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Coordinate with the Quality Department for the release and handover of completed batches to the galvanizing or painting area. **Technical Requirements:** · Education: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering. · Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in metal-mechanical industry plants. · Technical Knowledge: o Advanced reading of structural and workshop drawings. o Interpretation of welding standards (AWS D1.1, AWS D1.3, and AWS D1.4) · Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory and production control. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
