Position Summary: Senior Plant Coordinator for the Beneficiation Area, responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling production, as well as coordinating various departments to ensure operational efficiency. Indicator analysis and maintenance management **Responsibilities:** Plan the sequencing of the weekly and daily production schedule across different processing lines. Plan staff attendance and distribution across different processing lines. Plan material and indirect service requirements for the area. Supervise compliance with the production schedule issued by the Production Planning and Control department. Supervise adherence to production standards for raw materials, work-in-process, finished products, and processes. Control daily material usage for various products to be manufactured. Verify the status and functionality of the environmental refrigeration system. Analyze indicators for the area. Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance for the area. Prepare reports and/or documentation upon request from the supervisor. Coordinate with the Planning, Dispatch, Coding, and Dosage departments regarding changes and/or requirements for the areas. Verify corrective actions established for the area under the quality management system. Verify compliance with the established headcount for the area. Assist the supervisor in executing internal area projects. Conduct on-site verification of compliance with instructions and tasks assigned to the Beneficiation Area. Other duties assigned by the area supervisor.
