Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to lead, coordinate, and supervise the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards. We are seeking top-tier talent for the position of: Position: Production Manager for construction project Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising all actions required for the execution of civil engineering projects—including daily planning and control of execution, as well as weekly forecasting. * Execute and monitor progress by coordinating daily tasks and work strategy with the direct supervisor. * Plan weekly and daily tasks for assigned work fronts and maintain daily control over progress achieved on assigned fronts. * Review technical documentation related to activities for distribution to field personnel and third parties. * Request, assign, and manage material, equipment, and personnel resources required to meet the progress schedule. * Ensure correct execution of all productive activities in accordance with the Technical File and Project Management Plan. * Perform drawing coordination and RFI resolution as applicable. * Schedule and coordinate with the warehouse manager or supplier requests for materials such as steel, wood, or concrete. * Inform the Contract Administrator of any verbal or telephone communications not yet formalized, to ensure proper tracking and official ratification of agreements by all involved parties. * Prepare and submit the weekly Look Ahead report. * Supervise surveying and measurements related to construction progress. * Validate final executed and valued quantities. * Validate executed quantities for subcontractors under supervision. * Verify that materials and components permanently incorporated into the project comply with established requirements. * Prepare weekly and monthly production reports. * Maintain daily control over progress achieved on assigned work fronts. * Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System applicable to this role. Requirements: * Degree holder and registered member of the Civil Engineering Professional Association * Experience in building construction * Experience: 4–5 years as Production or Site Manager Knowledge: * Course, diploma, or specialization in Quantity Surveying and Valuations * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Matrix, and Anti-Bribery We Offer: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Contract duration: **3 months (initial)** * Location: Cercado de Lima (Av.
