Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise fashion collection production from development to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Production Manager: Female candidates only *Job Objective* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the entire production process of the brand's collections, ensuring on-time deliveries, high-quality standards, and efficient cost management—from sample development to garment receipt into warehouse. *Main Responsibilities* * Develop and monitor the production schedule for each collection. * Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales departments to meet launch deadlines. * Manage external workshops, garment manufacturers, and finishing suppliers. * Supervise sample development, production, and quality control. * Ensure timely supply of fabrics and materials. * Control costs, production timelines, and delivery compliance. * Resolve issues arising during production and propose improvements. * Lead the production team and evaluate workshop and supplier performance. *Profile* * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience leading production in fashion or garment manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, quality control, and external workshop management. * Proficiency in Excel and planning systems (ERP preferred). *Competencies* * Leadership. * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Negotiation skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Sense of urgency and attention to detail.
