Exposure to live business projects Programming Intern Work Location: On-site employment (Lima) Job Description: We are looking for a Programming Intern eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to various projects. You will provide technical support across different business units (e.g., automations and internal software), assisting in developing simple solutions to optimize daily operational processes. Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of in-house software. Create or adjust automations and scripts (e.g., automated social media replies, order organization). Provide support for data integration across platforms (social media, WhatsApp Business, sales forms). Document processes and propose technical improvements. Research and propose tools or technologies to streamline repetitive tasks. Requirements Currently enrolled in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (from the 6th semester onward). Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Rust, PHP, or others; no specific language required). Interest in automation, web development, or productivity tools. Self-directed learning ability and problem-solving skills. Responsibility, proactivity, and effective communication. Prior experience is valued (personal projects, freelance work, GitHub portfolio). We Offer Transportation and meal allowances during working hours, or equivalent monetary compensation.
