Project Planning and Control Engineer Job Objective We seek a Project Planning and Control Engineer who ensures comprehensive tracking of our projects through planning, cost control, progress monitoring, and performance indicator analysis—contributing to the achievement of established deadlines, budgets, and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities * Develop and update project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6\. * Track physical and financial progress of projects. * Control budgets, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions. * Prepare executive reports on progress, costs, and KPIs for management. * Monitor milestone achievement, productivity, and resource utilization. * Identify risks that may impact project schedule, budget, or execution. * Coordinate with various involved departments to ensure adherence to work plans. * Participate in continuous improvement of planning and control processes. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, construction, industrial installation, metal-mechanical, or civil works project planning and control. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6\. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting). * Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is desirable. * Solid knowledge of project planning, cost control, budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, and management KPIs.
