Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in property impact assessment to identify, characterize, and diagnose properties, analyzing their legal and technical status. Preparation of technical documentation and coordination of interferences CIVIL ENGINEER (PROPERTY IMPACT) A consulting and construction supervision firm specializing in road infrastructure projects is seeking a Civil Engineer (Property Impact) to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: * Civil Engineer, Bachelor's degree holder or fully licensed. * Knowledge of interference with public utility networks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and characterize affected properties, determining their legal status, current use, type of occupation, owners, possessors, or occupants, as well as their registry and cadastral status. * Conduct property-level diagnosis by collecting and analyzing information from public registries, cadastres, municipal authorities, and other competent entities. * Review and analyze the legal status of properties, verifying ownership, encumbrances, liens, overlaps, judicial or administrative proceedings, and any other restrictions that may affect land availability. * Prepare property maps, impact maps, overlay maps, area tables, impact tables, and other technical documentation required for the technical file. * Identify existing interferences within the project's area of influence, such as buildings, fences, installations, public utility networks, irrigation infrastructure, power lines, telecommunications, pipelines, road infrastructure, and other elements that may affect construction execution, coordinating with relevant specialists for evaluation and resolution.
