Hazard identification and reporting of improvement opportunities **Quality and Safety Assistant** Job Description We are seeking a responsible Quality and Safety Assistant to support the maintenance, monitoring, supervision, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015\) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS), contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities * Support the management, control, and updating of documentation for the Quality and Safety Management Systems. * Monitor compliance with procedures, indicators, and action plans of the QMS and OH&SMS. * Participate in safety inspections and verify the status of emergency equipment. * Support employee onboarding and training on quality, safety, and occupational health topics. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and report improvement opportunities. * Investigate and report work-related incidents and accidents, as applicable. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with management system requirements. * Support the planning and execution of internal audits of the Quality Management System. * Manage follow-up on complaints, corrective actions, and nonconformities. * Prepare management reports and indicators to support decision-making. * Participate in supplier evaluations and continuous improvement activities. * Support customer satisfaction measurement and implementation of improvement actions. Requirements * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S). * Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and integrated management systems (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 6 months of experience in roles related to Quality and/or Safety. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork capability.
