If you are passionate about continuous improvement, food safety standards, and developing high-performing teams, this opportunity is for you. **What will be your mission?** Ensure compliance with quality standards across all operations by leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and strengthening a culture of quality at the plant and stores. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and ensure compliance with the Quality and Food Safety Management System at the plant and sales points. * Manage, maintain, and optimize the HACCP system, ensuring identification and control of risks. * Lead certification processes, internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations. * Supervise and develop the Quality team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and food safety. * Analyze complaints, deviations, and non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Define, monitor, and analyze management indicators related to quality, food safety, and operational compliance. * Manage quality system documentation, ensuring its timely updating and proper application. * Coordinate training programs to strengthen staff competencies in quality, GMP, and food safety. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, reducing risks, and enhancing customer experience. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Engineering, Food Industries, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience leading Quality and Food Safety departments in food industry companies. * Experience leading teams and managing quality systems in production plants. * Knowledge and experience in HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and current sanitary regulations. * Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Preferred experience in certification processes under GFSI standards (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, SQF, or others). * Preferred experience supervising restaurant, cafeteria, or retail operations. **Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication and influence. * Focus on continuous improvement. * High level of technical judgment and decision-making. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Compensation commensurate with experience and evaluation. * 100% covered lunch. * Corporate discounts. * Excellent work environment.
