Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor to prospect, advise, and close sales of real estate projects, with a focus on consultative selling techniques. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent working environment and continuous support from the sales team **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Marketing, Business, Sales, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in similar positions within the real estate sector. * Proficiency in consultative selling and closing techniques, social media management, and digital sales tools. * Availability to work all days of the week with rotating rest days, on a flexible schedule according to scheduling. * Availability for fieldwork and client visits. * Availability to work at our projects located in the districts of Chorrillos or Barranco (assignment based on business needs). **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect and acquire clients through various channels (fairs, referrals, fieldwork, digital). * Provide comprehensive advisory services regarding real estate projects, financing options, and sales conditions. * Conduct ongoing follow-up with interested clients until sale completion. * Achieve company-set sales targets and meet management performance indicators. * Report and document commercial activities using assigned systems and reports. * Actively participate in fairs, promotional events, and other commercial activities. * Properly manage documentation before and after sales closure. **Employment Conditions:** * Base salary: S/ 1500 * Highly competitive commissions * Full-time employment (in-person – fieldwork) * Formal payroll registration from day one and ongoing training * Ongoing training to enhance your professional development * Frequent client acquisition events and commercial activations * Awards and incentives * Excellent working environment and continuous support from the sales team Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please state your academic degree. * Do you have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions within the real estate sector?
