Coordination of medical examinations and onboarding of new employees We are a textile company manufacturing fabrics, currently seeking a **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT** with knowledge of hiring processes and proficiency in **job boards**, and availability to work in Ate. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields * Courses or specialization in talent management * Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel selection (operational and administrative) * Knowledge of competency-based interviews, psychological tests, and intermediate-level Office applications * Availability to work in Ate **RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Conduct personnel recruitment * Post job openings on employment portals and social media * Review resumes and conduct initial phone calls or interviews to verify requirements * Evaluate candidates and administer psychometric tests and competency-based interviews * Coordinate medical examinations, document submission, and registration of new employees * Enter newly hired employees into the system * Submit new hires to SUNAT **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** Ø Organized and orderly Ø Responsible and committed Ø Discreet Ø Emotionally controlled and empathetic Ø Honest Ø Respectful Ø Assertive communication Salary: Up to S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
