Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Supervisor to oversee services and personnel, ensure security systems, and manage the preparation of reports and service schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for career progression We are a Security and Prevention company; therefore, we are currently seeking Regional Supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under direct supervision; communication with clients at all levels. * Verify compliance with security systems across all assigned units; identify and resolve unsafe conditions. * Cover vacant positions or those left unfilled for various reasons. * Develop specific job functions for each security position. * Prepare service schedules for units. * Manage uniforms or equipment required for service delivery. * Prepare reports and/or incident reports. * Prepare vehicle status reports for assigned mobility vehicles. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree and/or technical diploma from the Armed Forces, Air Force (FAP), or Navy. * Minimum two years’ experience supervising security personnel in the same role. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Valid driver’s license: Class A1 (cars) and/or BIIC (motorcycles). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely biweekly salary payments. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to join a growing company offering clear career progression paths.
