Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor key App KPIs, including NPS, digital customers, transactionality, store ratings, and other defined indicators, identifying trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities. * Build, update, and maintain App performance dashboards, integrating relevant information to facilitate results tracking and decision-making. * Monitor and analyze customer voice, including NPS, store ratings and comments, and other available sources, identifying friction points and improvement opportunities in the user experience. * Consolidate and maintain the App’s continuous improvement backlog, structuring opportunities arising from customer feedback, metrics, stores, incidents, and journey analysis, and tracking their progress. * Support NPS Squad management by tracking prioritized initiatives, progress, outcomes, and impact of implemented improvements. * Support continuous improvement and App user experience initiatives—including the NPS Squad or other defined mechanisms—by tracking progress, outcomes, and impact of implemented improvements. * Maintain a local competitive radar, identifying relevant market functionalities, experiences, and best practices, and generating insights that support the App’s evolution and competitiveness. * Prepare and validate App-related information and indicators required for corporate reporting, investor reporting, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring data consistency and traceability. * Support App Governance activities requiring analysis, information, or tracking, contributing to goal achievement and continuous improvement of the channel. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role.
