RESIDENT ENGINEER – 3 VACANCIES
At **Watchmen**, we are seeking **03 Resident Engineers** to join our team and participate in **drinking water, sewerage, and sanitation** projects.
Requirements
* Degree in **Sanitary Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Civil Engineering, or related fields**.
* Registered and licensed professional.
* Minimum **3 years of experience since professional registration**.
* Experience in maintenance, installation, rehabilitation, or renewal projects for **drinking water and sewerage networks**.
* Experience in coordination and fieldwork supervision.
* Proficiency in schedule management, work orders, and technical reporting.
* Minimum **12 hours of training in Occupational Safety and Health**.
* Availability for fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise the execution of contracted activities.
* Supervise fieldwork and verify its proper implementation.
* Develop and monitor the execution schedule.
* Validate work orders and track activity progress.
* Prepare monthly technical reports and report incidents.
* Coordinate daily with authorized representatives of **SEDAPAL**.
* Supervise compliance with safety and quality requirements during execution.
