Job Summary: Olivia, a rapidly expanding gastronomic company, is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor with restaurant management and customer service expertise to ensure operational excellence and diner satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads daily operations and ensures restaurant quality standards. 2. Promotes customer loyalty and service excellence. 3. Manages staff and verifies compliance with duties and regulations. We are **Olivia**, a gastronomy-sector company currently undergoing expansion; therefore, we are seeking talent for our open position: **Shift Supervisor**. **REQUIREMENTS**: * UPDATED CV \- PROFILE WILL BE EVALUATED. * Graduate or currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service. * Minimum 2 years (verifiable) of experience as a restaurant supervisor or in similar roles. * Knowledge of personnel management. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Willingness to relocate to our new location in San Isidro (if required). **SKILLS**: * Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities. * Proactive, empathetic, and charismatic personality. * Strong analytical skills and decision-making capability. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Properly open and/or close the restaurant, adhering to all safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards set by management. * Report and review any observations identified at the start of the shift. * Verify staff punctuality and appropriate appearance. * Confirm proper functioning of equipment and systems across all restaurant areas. * Welcome diners personally or delegate this task to a team member. * Ensure all areas are adequately stocked. * Willingness to support other departments as needed. * Verify that vendors perform scheduled maintenance, and/or request unscheduled maintenance if required. * Check whether reservations for the current or next day have special requirements to ensure fulfillment. * Foster customer loyalty by conducting brief surveys to confirm proper service delivery. * Ensure all team members under supervision perform their duties with order, cleanliness, and discipline. * Review cash closing reports submitted by cashiers. * Report all relevant updates and submit sales reports during shift handover or upon shift completion.
