Responsibilities: * Drive revenue performance through route- and schedule-specific management of pricing, performance, and product mix. * Manage daily inventory and availability controls (opening/closing, protection levels, booking limits) to optimize occupancy and revenue. * Develop and maintain demand forecasts by departure/season to support the annual budget, forecast reviews, and scenario planning. * Monitor booking pickup, acceptance rates, cancellation patterns, and channel mix; identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions. * Conduct competitive and market analysis (including alternatives offering equivalent travel experiences) and translate insights into pricing and distribution decisions (B2B and B2C). * Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments to align commercial strategy with capacity, service delivery, and guest experience. * Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations for weekly or monthly revenue meetings. * Maintain high data quality and timely system updates; support improvements to tools, dashboards, and revenue management processes. * Train and develop team capabilities (as applicable) and foster a data-driven decision-making culture. * Ensure accurate usage and optimal performance of all revenue management systems and tools by all users.
