Field supervision and promotion of worker safety BH INGENIEROS S.A.C. is looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist for a project. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience and knowledge of occupational safety and health management systems, occupational health, and critical risk control. * Bachelor's degree and postgraduate diploma in occupational risk prevention. * Knowledge of Risk Assessment: hazard identification, risk analysis (probability and severity), and planning of preventive measures. * Immediate availability. * Preferred: Residence in districts adjacent to Callao **Responsibilities:** * Develop, monitor, and evaluate a Risk Prevention Work Program aligned with the company's needs. * Design and implement policies, procedures, and programs for accident and occupational disease prevention. * Conduct safety talks and inductions; advise and instruct workers on the proper use of personal protective equipment. * Supervise and promote worker safety and health in the field, fostering activities and measures necessary to prevent occupational accidents and diseases, as well as implementing preventive and corrective actions to continuously improve processes. * Ensure regulatory compliance with occupational safety and health conditions for contractor companies, including: review of safety-related documentation, monthly reviews and reports, audits, risk identification, and alerts.
