Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for an industrial company, responsible for planning, supervising, and reporting on the sales team’s strategies and results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets 2. Develop and communicate effective sales strategies 3. Track and report on sales quotas A reputable industrial company is currently seeking Sales Supervisors: RESPONSIBILITIES: Review the previous day’s sales with the sales team. Daily communication of promotions and definition of sales strategies. Set daily sales targets for each salesperson according to their assigned territory. Weekly submission of sales reports and projected month-end closure. Monitor achievement of sales quotas. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. 6 months of sales experience. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Residence in areas near Independencia and/or Los Olivos. BENEFITS: Fixed salary + commission.
