If you are passionate about sales and seek **a fixed income \+ attractive commissions**, this opportunity is for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Attend to and advise customers in-store. * Offer and sell mobile lines, devices, number portability, and Bitel services. * Achieve established sales targets. * Maintain product organization and proper display. * Perform activations and operational processes in the system. * Provide courteous, customer satisfaction-oriented service. **REQUIREMENTS** * No prior experience required. * Availability to work in **Villa El Salvador or Villa María del Triunfo**. * Availability to work **48 hours per week**. * Positive attitude, commitment, strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under the **MYPE regime from day one**. * **Fixed salary of S/ 1,130 \+ commissions up to S/ 2,000\.** * Opportunity for growth and career path.
