At the Autonomous University of Ica (UAI), we are looking for top talent to join our commercial team in the position of Educational Sales Advisor for our HUAURA BRANCH, who will be responsible for providing complete information regarding the features and benefits of the university’s educational services to applicants through the admission processes. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed university or technical studies. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or commercial positions. \- Excellent oral and written communication skills. \- Leadership ability. \- Teamwork capability. \- Proactive attitude. \- Persuasive ability. \- Proficiency in sales techniques. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Contact clients via email, phone calls, or other formal means to offer educational programs, provide advice, and address their inquiries. * Follow up on the database (assigned portfolio) and enter data into the CRM. * Prepare enrollment reports. * Participate in educational fairs and events. * Propose improvements in service delivery to prospective applicants. * Promote specific educational programs.
