We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** Leads multidisciplinary management of assigned contract(s) to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, meeting client expectations and Worley standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensures a positive environment for building and maintaining a healthy client relationship; fosters collaborative spaces to achieve client objectives and their respective project(s). * Efficiently manages assigned budgets within scope, and leads project cost management by proposing actions to avoid cost overruns. * Leads implementation of Worley’s Project Management Process Map based on contractual scope. * Efficiently manages resources assigned directly and indirectly to the project, coordinating with support functions and Worley offices in other locations. * Presents executive reports to the client and Worley’s General Management, ensuring high-quality communication flow among the Project Team, Worley’s Management Team, and third parties. * Collaborates with the Engineering Manager and/or Construction Manager to establish design and execution objectives and criteria, productivity targets, and budget goals; serves as the operational lead for interdisciplinary interfaces. * Establishes procurement and acquisition strategy and criteria for products and services that meet technical, quality, and safety specifications, and are delivered on time and within budget. * Leads monitoring of risks identified during risk workshops and throughout all planning and execution phases of the project. * Leads assurance and compliance with Worley’s Quality Assurance System, HSE System, Code of Ethics, and Risk Management Framework. * Manages proper training and performance of the assigned professional team. * Other duties inherent to the position. **What will you bring?** **Software, processes and tools:** **Specific Knowledge:** Brownfield and Greenfield mining infrastructure project management across varying levels of complexity. Experience in EPCM projects—or different phases of the same project—is highly valued. **Specific Experience:** Minimum 25 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 15 years in a similar role (e.g., Lead Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer). Business management skills and ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure global environment. Academic Qualifications, Accreditations, Training: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with active registration in the Peruvian College of Engineers (\#CIP). Master’s degree in Project Management or related field. **HSE Skills:** Actively promotes behaviors aligned with our LIFE value and HSE policies. **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ERP systems (Oracle preferred). **Personal Competencies:** Leadership, high-level cross-functional interaction, and positive influence on people. Outstanding oral and written communication expected. Ability to lead, supervise, train, and plan for one’s team. Capability to identify, prevent, and resolve conflicts. **Other Skills:** Autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset within work, ability to operate in a global environment.
