**What will be your challenge?**

Be responsible for leading the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of corporate-level working capital solutions (e.g., Supply Chain Finance, confirming, receivables sales, among others), as well as participating in the analysis and execution of financial synergies derived from mergers and acquisitions (M\&A) processes. This role has an analytical, cross-functional, and strategic focus, with autonomy in managing initiatives and direct interaction with banks, internal departments, and finance teams across group companies.
**What will you do in this role?**

Lead the design, implementation, and administration of working capital solutions (e.g., Supply Chain Finance, factoring, confirming, among others).
Monitor and analyze the performance of working capital programs, including amounts, terms, rates, utilization, and key KPIs.
Manage operational and technical relationships with banks and suppliers to implement and optimize working capital strategies.
Prepare financial analyses, models, and presentations for Senior Management, internal committees, the Board of Directors, investors, and external counterparts.
Lead the assessment of treasury and working capital synergies in M\&A processes and post-acquisition integration, coordinated with relevant departments.
Ensure proper documentation, execution, and compliance with internal guidelines applicable to working capital initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Accounting, Financial Planning, Procurement, Legal, Treasury, and finance teams of subsidiaries and other involved areas.
Lead supplier and customer onboarding into financial programs and manage their implementation.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives for treasury and working capital processes.
**What do we need from you?**

* Academic background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
* Minimum experience: 4–5 years in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Financial Planning, Working Capital, or related areas.
* Strong financial and accounting knowledge, with experience in short-term financing products and working capital solutions.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Advanced English.
* SAP knowledge (desirable): For extracting financial data and analyzing KPIs.
* Knowledge of key financial indicators: EBITDA, ROIC, capital structure, debt profile, leverage metrics, and working capital metrics.
