Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform inspections, maintenance, laboratory analysis, and chemical dosing management, preparing technical reports and improvement plans with a focus on customer service and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of chemical dosing systems 2. Laboratory analysis and management of chemical dosing 3. Preparation of technical reports and improvement plans We seek a professional who fulfills the following responsibilities: * Conduct route inspections of chemical dosing systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance (higher complexity), customer orientation, and equipment and Solenis system cleaning and preservation. * Collect customer system samples and conduct laboratory analysis, making adjustments to dosing levels. * Verify all product consumption points and ensure all are adequately supplied, reporting to the technical representative. * Manage chemically complex dosing operations and evaluate product performance, communicating with representatives and involving internal departments as necessary. * Develop action and improvement plans. * Install equipment and assemble dosing lines. * Prepare and present technical reports to customers. * Comply with all safety standards established by Solenis and customer processes for performing activities. * Perform activities aligned with customer requirements. * Evaluate and manage field activity and laboratory analysis results to implement routine actions, supporting the responsible person. * Maintain good communication and relationships with customer operators and supervisors to strengthen the relationship. * Implement action plans developed with support from the technical supervisor, using service control tools. * Knowledge of industrial processes, equipment handling, dosing, and control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Category B driver's license. * Customer relationship skills. * Autonomy/independence. * Customer focus, safety, and results orientation. * Clear and assertive communication. * Autonomy and decision-making ability. * Ability to plan and prioritize tasks. * Interpersonal skills, teamwork, and collaboration. * Proposes improvements and shares knowledge. * Inspires and develops others. * Anticipates risks. * Compliance and ethics. * Process and business acumen.
