Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutritional products for people of all ages—from helping infants and children grow, to keeping adults strong and active. Millions of people worldwide rely on our leading brands—including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna®, and ZonePerfect®—to help obtain the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives. **What You'll Do** * Support the Sales Force Effectiveness team by addressing the daily operational needs of sales representatives and account executives. * Monitor the status of processes and tools required for sales force productivity within the Nutrition division. * Provide services to internal company customers. * Manage and monitor current processes. * Clean, standardize, and maintain the medical panel (data on physicians, contacts, accounts, etc.). * Translate and create training manuals, e-learning materials, and user programs. * Administer data sources and reports used for incentive calculations. **Required Qualifications** * Final-year student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Computer Science. * Ability to organize multiple data sources using appropriate analytical tools. * Excellent listening and communication skills for ongoing support to the sales force. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced Power BI knowledge. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic-to-intermediate Python knowledge. **PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES** Equal opportunity is provided, and recruitment, selection, and hiring are conducted solely based on job-related qualifications, without distinction due to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, nationality, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, veteran or military status, genetics, citizenship status, or any other condition protected by law.
