Position Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's or Graduate Psychologist to serve as a Shadow Teacher, providing individual support and socioemotional assistance to an elementary school child. Key Highlights: 1. Individual support for student adaptation and participation 2. Implementation of behavioral management strategies and socioemotional support 3. Facilitation of interaction with teachers and peers **Salary:** S/900.00 \- S/1,000.00 per month Job Description: We require a **Bachelor's or Graduate Psychologist** to work as a **Shadow Teacher**, supporting an elementary school child at an educational institution located in the district of Lince (South Lima). **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide individual support throughout the school day. * Support the student’s adaptation and participation within the classroom. * Implement behavioral management strategies and provide socioemotional support. * Promote adherence to school rules, instructions, and routines. * Facilitate appropriate interaction with teachers and peers. * Document relevant incidents and observed progress. * Maintain periodic communication with the family and the professional treatment team, if required. **Required Profile:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology. * Prior experience in therapeutic support, inclusive education, or working with children is desirable. * Basic knowledge of child behavioral management. * Responsibility, punctuality, patience, and strong communication skills. * Availability for in-person attendance Monday through Friday. **Conditions:** * Schedule: 7:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. * Location: Lince, South Lima. * Compensation: S/1,000 per month. * Start Date: Immediate. **Interested Candidates:** Please send an updated CV indicating relevant experience in school support, inclusive education, or child intervention to the contact below. **Phone Number:** 922 651 868 **Subject Line:** Application – Shadow Teacher (Lince) Workplace: In-person employment Salary: S/.900.00 \- S/.1,000.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
