Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to collaborate on planning and executing commercial strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing results in the banking sector. Key Highlights: 1. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Collaborate on and execute the monthly commercial plan, scheduling campaigns by product, channel (branch network, telemarketing, digital), and lead type. * Develop Business Cases for commercial initiatives, evaluating their cost\-benefit ratio and presenting them for approval. * Manage campaign budgets, ensuring proper allocation, execution, and tracking to maximize return on investment. * Ensure achievement of commercial targets (balances, billing, profitability) through correct implementation of the plan. * Continuously analyze conversion funnels by channel, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities in effectiveness rates. * Implement and monitor management dashboards to track key business indicators (acquisitions, effectiveness, etc.) and generate performance reports. * Execute commercial tests and pilots to identify learnings and optimize the effectiveness of future campaigns. * Train the sales force on campaigns, products, and the use of commercial tools to ensure maximum performance. * Manage the implementation (go\-to\-market) of new products or process improvements defined by the Strategy team, coordinating necessary actions across different channels and customer journeys. * Develop operational or commercial improvement proposals based on data analysis and channel feedback. * Coordinate with key stakeholders (Commercial Intelligence, CRM, Risk, Pricing) to ensure proper support and segmentation of planned campaigns. * Manage communication and dissemination of the commercial plan (kickoff) to the entire sales force, ensuring they have the necessary information for execution. * Perform other duties assigned by the manager and drive continuous role improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in the banking sector within commercial strategy. * Knowledge of key financial metrics calculation: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), discounted cash flows, and unit costs. * Proficiency in SQL or programming languages. * Required competencies: Analytical and financial capability, Leadership, Results orientation, and Teamwork. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
