Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced SSOMA Assistant to lead the implementation and compliance of safety, health, and environmental management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts on-site supervision of safety and health standards compliance. **Job Description** We are seeking a proactive **SSOMA Assistant**, with leadership skills and solid field experience, to lead, implement, and ensure compliance with our safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems. Your primary objective will be to promote a risk prevention culture and ensure compliance with current legal regulations in our Lurín operations. **Main Responsibilities** * **Conduct on-site supervision** of safety, health, and environmental standards compliance during daily operations. * **Develop and update** the IPERC matrix (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Measures) and risk maps. * **Deliver 5-minute toolbox talks**, training sessions, and inductions for both internal staff and subcontractors. * **Inspect and ensure proper use** of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work tools. * **Investigate workplace incidents and accidents**, identify root causes, and establish corrective action plans. * **Ensure compliance with national regulations** (Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR, and other applicable sector-specific regulations). * **Manage and report** SSOMA performance indicators to supervisors or management. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in SSOMA (preferably in industrial sectors, warehouses, construction, or maintenance). * **Knowledge:** * In-depth knowledge of Law No. 29783 and industrial safety regulations. * Specialization or diploma in Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001\) is desirable. * **Competencies:** Leadership, excellent communication skills, firmness in enforcing regulations, and strong on-site problem-solving ability. * **Residence:** Preferably residing in **Lurín** or neighboring districts in the southern cone (Villa El Salvador, San Juan de Miraflores, Chorrillos), or having convenient access to the area.
