




Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, conducting safety inspections and updating documentation. Coordination of safety and environmental activities MEGA AUTOS, a company experiencing continuous growth, is searching for top talent for the following position: SSOMA ASSISTANT **Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Conduct safety inspections at facilities and operational areas. * Develop and update SSOMA documentation (IPERC, ATS, records, forms, and procedures). * Deliver safety inductions and safety talks to staff. * Monitor proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Support incident, accident, and corrective action investigations. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation required by current regulations. * Coordinate activities related to safety, occupational health, and the environment. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in SSOMA-related functions. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its regulations. * Familiarity with OSH documentation (IPERC, ATS, PETS, incident investigations, etc.). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proactivity, organization, effective communication, and ability to work in a team. * Desired experience in automotive workshops, industrial companies, or related sectors. **We Offer:** * Remuneration between **S/ 1,500 and S/ 1,700**, based on evaluation. * Formal employment registration. * Continuous training. * Professional growth opportunities. * Excellent working environment.
