Job Summary: We are seeking a Store/Café Supervisor to lead the team, uphold service and quality standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises the daily operations of the store and café team. 2. Ensures compliance with service and quality standards. 3. Contributes to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. **STORE SUPERVISOR \- CAFÉ (Magdalena and Surco Locations)** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Staff responsible for daily store operations, supervising the team, ensuring adherence to service and quality standards, contributing to sales achievement and delivering a positive customer experience. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Valid DNI \-Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions \-Availability to work Monday through Sunday (Morning and Afternoon shifts / 1 rotating weekly day off, Mon\-Thu) \-Willingness to work in MAGDALENA and/or SURCO; residence in areas adjacent to these districts \-Excellent communication and customer service skills \-Technical or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Adjust staff assignments and shift schedules according to demand to ensure operational efficiency. \-Prioritize operational tasks (service delivery, restocking, incident resolution) based on daily workflow. \-Implement daily monitoring of sales (commercial targets), inventory, and service performance to support data\-driven decision\-making. \-Strengthen team training to ensure consistent standards across all areas. \-Ensure proper execution of opening, service, and closing procedures, meeting established standards and timeframes. \-Actively assist at the cash register, bar, or customer service points during peak demand periods to maintain operational continuity. **BENEFITS:** \-Employment under Microenterprise Payroll (SALARY: S/1,500\= S/1,130 BASE \+ PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE BONUS S/100 \+ PRODUCTIVITY BONUS S/170 \+ TARGET ACHIEVEMENT BONUS S/100\) \-15 paid vacation days \-Health insurance and pension system coverage \-Discounts on store products \-Free beverage per shift \-Positive work environment \- Central location \-Career progression opportunities \-Training programs Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site employment
