Availability to work **rotating shifts** in Miraflores. **What Do We Offer?** * Positive work environment * Career path based on performance * Formal employment registration from day one (MYPE) * Ongoing training * Meal allowance * 40% discount on menu items * Family allowance * Internal benefits (subject to location and position) **Mission:** Supervise and lead Quinoa’s daily operations, ensuring a unique experience for our customers and smooth team functioning. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Supervising customer service processes regarding complaints, claims, and quality standards. * Managing petty cash transactions and submitting reports to Operations Management. * Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts. * Maintaining all local documentation required for municipal inspections, including responsibility for its archiving. * Monitoring the validity of health certificates for all staff members. * Evaluating staff performance and issuing verbal warnings, written notices, memoranda, or suspensions as appropriate. * Entering operational processes into the system—including batches, transformations, and unit deactivations—within required timeframes. * Adhering to guidelines provided by Management. **Requirements:** \* Graduate in Business Administration, Retail, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields. \* Prior experience as a leader or supervisor in cafés or restaurants. \* Ability to manage teams and maintain a positive work environment. \* Customer orientation and conflict resolution skills.
