Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Sales Associate to provide customer service, product display, merchandise control, and cash handling in Chiclayo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and consultation with education and respect 2. Merchandise management: receipt, counting, labeling, and organization 3. Analysis of consumer behavior and customer preferences We are Calzados Azaleia Perú S.A., and we are looking for the best talent for the position of **Store Sales Associate \- Chiclayo.** **Terms:** * Formal employment contract with full benefits from day one. * Location: CC Mall Plaza Chiclayo * Schedule: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (6 working days and 1 day off) **Responsibilities:** * Appropriately serve customers, demonstrating courtesy and respect. * Display various footwear lines available at the counter. * Assist in maintaining store order and cleanliness. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers to announce footwear promotions and offers. * Receive, count, and verify merchandise delivered to the store warehouse. * Print barcodes and label corresponding footwear items. * Organize footwear by product line and place merchandise on designated shelves within the warehouse. * Handle cash transactions and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliations. * Observe and analyze consumer behavior regarding their tastes and preferences. * Perform any other duties assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Prior experience performing the above responsibilities. * Sales experience (mandatory). * Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge. * Immediate availability to start work.
